Look Who's Coming to Centerville: Brian Lies (Author/Illustrator) - Thursday, October 24 (Grades K through 4)
Every student in grades K-5 is invited to our first evening Family Math & Science Night of the new school year!
It's a brand new one titled: "ENERGIZED!".
Monday, October 28th from 6:00 to 8:15pm at Centerville School. Please RSVP to save your spot.
Don’t miss the opportunity to explore balloon rockets, make an electromagnet, be an energy detective and ‘kill-a-watt” at home, design and power your own floating vehicle, make your own windmill, experiment with different light bulbs, build a working circuit, and MORE!
This event is sponsored by PTO and funded by generous grants from Beverly Education Foundation and the Centerville PTO, and is run entirely by volunteers of the Centerville STEAM Committee.
It’s not too late to join in the Geo Bee fun. The Geo Bee is like a spelling bee, but with geography questions. The Geo Bee team plays games, does trivia and learns about the world! 4th and 5th graders are encouraged to stop by Mr. Melanson’s classroom on Wednesday from 2:00 to 3:00.
Here’s a look at the week ahead:
Wed 10/23: Geo Bee Meeting
Thurs 10/24: Enrichment Program for Grades K – 4: Brian Lies (Author/Illustrator)
