Citywide PTO Co-Representative - Along with Sally Hunter, represent Centerville at CWPTO meetings (2 hour meeting every 6 weeks). Assist with one function per year. Communicate information back to Centerville as needed.
Beaver News - Work with students to create student newspaper published approximately four times per year.
Entrepreneur Club - Work with students to start up and run a small company. Make, promote and sell a real product.
Family Math & Science Nights - Plan hands-on programs for students and parents. Opportunities include training 5th grade facilitators, document preparation, coordination of event night volunteers, set up and tear down.
Ice Cream Fridays - Seasonal and weather permitting, arrive at school at 1:40 to set up Ice Cream station for sales starting at 1:55. Tear down by 2:15.
School Store - Order inventory and coordinate volunteers. School Store is open once per week. Arrive at 7:25 to set up store for sales from 7:35 to 7:50. Tear down store, count and secure cash.
Student Council - Meet with student council members twice monthly (at 7:30 AM) and facilitate student-led efforts (i.e., school-wide Valentines, Beverly Bootstraps food drive, Northeast Animal Shelter fundraiser, etc.).
